Adaptive Horsemanship Program
Riding can provide opportunities for individuals with and without disabilities to build physical capacity, confidence, and social skills. With adaptive riding classes available to individuals of all ages and abilities, Mandy’s Farm provides safe, affordable, and individualized classes for anyone to enjoy.
Employment Services
Employment services are designed to help individuals identify skills and interests, develop relationships with community businesses, and ultimately carve out a long-term career path.
VAMOS Program
VAMOS students participate in life-skills based courses, job fairs, job site tours, benefits counseling, mentoring with employed peers, and complete 40 hours of paid work in customized internships within local nonprofits and businesses.
AgrAbility
In partnership with the Cooperative Extension Office at New Mexico State University, and the Occupational Therapy Program at the University of New Mexico, AgrAbility creates opportunities for disabled farmers to enter, or return to, agriculturally-based employment.
